It's New Years Eve!!! I was sick on NYE last year and apparently thought it'd be a good idea to bid farewell to 2009 by being sick again on NYE this year. Might as well stay consistent. Yuck.
Regardless, we had a group of people over tonight. It was quite a random smattering of folks, but way fun!

Then we played music!
Then... bed time. I am barely coherent enough to publish this, but I had to get it done tonight!

Josh, Carrie and I went shopping with Emily B in Southlake today. It was a lot of fun, but I was exhausted when we were done since I am sick with a bad cold.
Josh and I saw this cool shelf thingy for sale in Anthropologie.
I also found my bridesmaid dress from Daniel and Emily's wedding at J Crew Outlet.

It was Christmas again! Daniel and Emily got back from California and we did the whole Christmas thing again. Here's our family pic!

We went to Beautiful Feet tonight for Secret Agent Christmas. It was awesome! We dropped off gifts to a sweet (large!) family. We girls made the guys cuddle in the front seat of the truck.

Day 340 (December 6)

When I got home, we got to see the Clarks! Emily is getting married and was in town with her fiance, Michael, and his family and we got to hang out with them for a bit. Emily and Anna have always been like extra little sisters to me! Emily is a stylist in California and Anna is in the Air Force. I just love them and miss seeing them!

This weekend is the McKinney Women's Retreat in Glen Rose. We had a few hours of free time on Sat so a couple of us went to Granbury to do, what else...shopping!

We woke up to SNOW this morning!!! It didn't stick, but it sure was pretty coming down! Sadly, by noonish the sun was peeking out. We have another chance of snow this coming Friday!
Day 333 (November 29)
My parents' cats all three LOVE Christmas wreaths. They all curl up in them like they're nests, attack them, hide in them, etc. It's quite humorous to watch! But, there are now 4 wreaths tossed on random floors throughout the house!

Pulled down a bunch of my parents' Christmas decorations. Love it! We still haven't located the Hairy Fairy yet, but I'm sure she's around somewhere
Day 331 (November 27)
Daniel, Carrie, and I were in line at Old Navy at 3:30 AM on Friday morning. We hit quite a few stores, but in reality, we bought very little. I've decided if you're not getting a big ticket item, it's not really worth it to get up super early. We had fun though! Later in the afternoon, Josh and I went and looked at some cars. We aren't looking to buy one right now, but it's always fun to look.
This guy was chasing his little girl in one of the dealerships. He was doing the whole "Sloooowly I turn.... Step by step...inch by inch..." bit.The little girl was squealing. So cute!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!! We went down to Josh's parent's house for the afternoon then dropped by Nana's for leftovers and Aggie football!

Somehow, Josh had never been to Candlelight Inn to eat. We remedied that situation. It was wonderful as expected!
