Happy Thanksgiving!!!! We went down to Josh's parent's house for the afternoon then dropped by Nana's for leftovers and Aggie football!

Dinner was a major success! I tried two new recipes which were both awesome! Even Dad said it was good!

Day 309 (November 5)
Daniel and I ran up to Bethany tonight to pick up his and Emily's dinner. While we were waiting, we noticed they had a sign up that said "Grass jelly now here". That piqued our curiosity, of course, so we asked us what it was.
The cashier tried to explain it, then did us one better and gave us a sample. It was weird. It's basically dark green jelly strips and they put it in milk tea so it's easier to drink down. It tasted fine, but was weird. They said it's good for cold sores (I guess because it's an herby thing) and it's good in the summer to cool you down. Who knows! At least now I can say I've had grass jelly tea!

My awesome mother in law taught me the beginnings of crocheting on Sunday and I've been messing around with it the evenings. I'm excited to figure it out!

Day 305 (November 1)
Our church held a special single service on Sunday morning. After that, we all went outside for a big church-wide picnic! Babe's catered and we brought pies. Truly an awesome time of worship, prayer and fellowship!

Sadly, it was just me and Josh at home on Halloween. I was disappointed because I had been planning to tease kids with my dad but they ended up going out of town. We ended up just putting the candy on the porch.
Day 303 (October 30)
Kinda eerie when you go out to the shop and find your dad making a coffin! It was just a prop for Doc though, thank goodness!
