Day 107 - April 17

Today we did the Zoo Run. In my limited 5K experience, this one is always one of the best. Of course, we stuck with our team - The Elegante Paraplu's (it means "fancy umbrella" in dutch). This time it was Carrie, Josh, Lauren, Jeremy, and me. Me and Carrie ran together and while our time wasn't very good, it was definitely better than the last two! So I guess that's progress.

The weather was nasty and rainy, but it was still fun. Praise the Lord, the rain pretty much stopped for the duration of our run!



Double whammy day.

We also got a new car tonight! We've been looking for months and now that we're in the house, we were finally able to do something. We traded our Jeep (sad!) and got a brand spankin' new Honda Accord Crosstour (happy!). It's been pouring all weekend, but I guess that's good because we know it drives really well in the rain!
