I'm not shy about telling people how much I am disgusted by chicken veins... They absolutely gross me out. But, they're nothing compared to cow veins... I made a roast for sandwiches and found this guy in mine. *gag* I've never seen one with the branchy veins... Needless to say, I didn't finish my sandwich.
